This is my opinion about the topics proposed: 

What was the result of the experience?

Was a process of learning, on my case I was moved to a new area, and they needed to have results at that moment, so I had to learn all the new process, meanwhile I was working, adapt myself on the process was a difficult experience, but this helped me to increase the level of adaptability that I have and also helped me to be more analytical on the company’s process.

 

How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

The flexibility was crucial, new experiences means new rules, new ways of working and new ways of leading. The flexibility helped me to understand the new ways and behave me on correct way to not crash with my team.

 

Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?

Seeing myself in backwards, If I had the chance to change anything, it would have been to not stress myself so hard. Say myself that everything would be okay could help me with the transition
